Neonate Kitten Care and Feeding Tracker printable PDF for bottle baby kittens

Neonate Kitten Care & Feeding Tracker — 24-Page Printable PDF

  • Printable PDF
  • Neonatal Kitten
  • Care Tracker

A 24-page printable PDF tracker for bottle baby kitten care — feeding, weight, temperature, potty, medication, weaning and daily checklists with instruction pages.

Caring for a tiny bottle baby can mean feedings around the clock, daily weigh-ins, temperature checks, potty stimulation, medications, and lots of little details that are easy to forget when you're tired. The Neonate Kitten Care & Feeding Tracker was created to give foster parents, rescues, shelters, and neonatal kitten caregivers one organized place to record those important details while caring for orphaned, bottle-fed, or vulnerable kittens. This 24-page printable PDF is more than a collection of blank forms. Each major tracker is paired with a colorful instruction page explaining why the information matters, how to use the tracker, what to watch for, and practical care tips to help make record keeping easier. Every major section includes an easy-to-follow instruction page covering why the tracker is useful, step-by-step directions, things to watch for, helpful care tips, and reminders for caregiver handoffs and communication. That makes it especially helpful when more than one person is caring for a litter or when foster parents are managing overnight and round-the-clock bottle feedings. Perfect for foster parents caring for bottle baby kittens, orphaned and neonatal kitten caregivers, animal rescues and shelters, kitten foster programs, veterinary and rescue support teams, and caregivers managing medically fragile kittens. Print a complete copy for each kitten or litter, or simply reprint the pages you use most — such as the Feeding Log, Weight Tracker, Potty Tracker, Daily Checklist, and Weight Progress Chart. Keep the pages in a binder, on a clipboard near the kitten nursery, or bring important records with you to rescue check-ins and veterinary appointments. Tiny kittens can change quickly. Good records make it easier to notice those changes, communicate with your care team, and give every bottle baby the best possible start. This listing is for a 24-page printable PDF digital download. No physical product will be shipped. For editable spreadsheet tracking, the Neonate Kitten Tracker Spreadsheet is available separately. This tracker is an educational record-keeping and care-coordination resource and is not a substitute for veterinary care. Always follow your veterinarian's, rescue organization's, and kitten milk replacer manufacturer's instructions for the individual kittens in your care.

The planner every foster home deserves — 28 pages covering the full foster journey from first intake to adoption day.

Fostering a dog is the most important volunteer job in rescue — and somehow nobody hands you a manual. What do the first 72 hours look like? How do you figure out if they're good with cats? And how on earth do you write an adoption bio that actually gets applications? This planner covers the entire foster journey: helping your dog heal, discovering who they are, and marketing them to the family they deserve. Created by an animal welfare professional with years of hands-on shelter and rescue experience. This is not an adoption planner with the words swapped — it's built around the foster's real job: Decompress, Discover, Document.

Why Foster Care Tracking Matters

Foster parents often notice changes first because they see the animal every day.

A missed feeding, weight change, unusual stool, medication reaction, new behavior, training breakthrough, or funny personality trait may become important information for the rescue, veterinarian, or future adopter.

Keeping those details together makes it easier to:

  • Notice patterns and changes
  • Give accurate updates to rescue teams
  • Prepare for veterinary appointments
  • Coordinate care between multiple caregivers
  • Document a foster pet's progress
  • Create stronger adoption profiles
  • Give adopters useful information at handoff
